Terms of Service
These terms govern engagements with Red Crow Drone Solutions (ABN 71 602 749 521).
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the scope provided. Changes to scope, site access or weather-related rebookings may adjust the final price.
Flight safety
All flights are conducted by a CASA-accredited, RePL-licensed pilot in accordance with CASA regulations. We reserve the right to delay or cancel flights for safety, weather or regulatory reasons.
Deliverables and ownership
On full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your stated business purpose. We retain the underlying copyright and may use de-identified samples in our portfolio with your permission.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Our liability for any one engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
